ایران در آستانه تحولی بزرگ و تاریخی قرار دارد و عامل تعیین‌کننده آن همچنان اراده و کنش آگاهانه مردم ایران است. این ما هستیم که باید در زمان مناسب نقش کلیدی خود را ایفا کنیم و نگذاریم سناریوهایی برخلاف خواست ملت بر کشور تحمیل شود.

در این مسیر، نقش نیروهای نظامی، انتظامی، امنیتی و بدنه دستگاه‌های دولتی تعیین‌کننده است. در انقلاب ملی شیروخورشید ایران، بسیاری از نیروهای شریف با سرپیچی از دستورات سرکوبگرانه در کنار مردم ایستادند. گزارش‌های موثق نشان می‌دهد که به‌ویژه نیروهای پلیس و ارتش از به‌کارگیری سلاح علیه مردم خودداری کردند و رژیم برای کشتار از نیروهای لباس‌شخصی، بسیج، سپاه و مزدوران غیرایرانی استفاده کرد.

افشای اسناد و تصاویر کشتار و هویت عاملان آن، تحویل پیکر جان‌باختگان، یاری‌رسانی به بازداشت‌شدگان، کمک به نجات کادر درمان و شکل‌گیری درمانگاه‌های زیرزمینی، از جمله اقداماتی بود که با همراهی نیروهای ریزشی در بدنه نهادهای حکومتی انجام شد. با این حال، روشن است که شمار و امکانات این نیروها در برابر دستگاه سرکوب رژیم محدود است و برای ایجاد توازن قوا، مداخله بشردو��تانه بین‌المللی ضروری‌ست.

اکنون که احتمال چنین مداخله‌ای از همیشه بیشتر است، برای فرماندهان نظامی و انتظامی، به‌ویژه فرماندهان ارتش و دیگر مقاماتی که دست‌شان به خون ملت آغشته نیست، فرصتی محدود باقی مانده است تا حساب خود را از رژیم جنایتکار جدا کنند. انتخاب با شماست: با پیوستن به مردم، جان خود و خانواده‌تان را حفظ کنید و در پیروزی ملت سهیم شوید؛ یا سرنوشت خود را به کشتی درهم‌شکسته جمهوری اسلامی گره بزنید و با خامنه‌ای و رژیمش غرق شوید.
