@AppleSupport Going on 2 months without working phone. iPhone 7 hardware issue. Called your team. They said 5-7 days to repair phone. Told me to go to SimplyMac. SM told me 4-6 weeks for Apple to repair phone. Shouldn't your people know more than SM?
