@TraceyRyniec Yep, except my GenX nieces & nephews don’t trust the market & even though they would rather purchase (and have the money & income to do it) than rent they are reluctant due to the taxes and questionable return for investing.

@TraceyRyniec Sorry... I was being facetious.🤔The housing on the North Shore in particular is ridiculous, but the City is not any better. Springfield is raising taxes, but giving themselves raises? Amazing! Most people that I know are escaping Chicago if they can, despite ties in the city.
