Busses between Hoboken and Port Authority running on as much as an hour-and-20 minute delay, according to @NJTRANSIT dispatcher at Gate 213. He says drivers have been citing delays both in tunnel and throughout Hoboken yesterday and today.

After this morning’s police investigation following the discovery of a man’s body, Hoboken’s Maxwell Pier is open again…but empty and quiet.
