Thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday morning, there were 24 of you beach cleaning and you collected 11.9kg of litter.

After a contentious start to our event this morning, the following information is provided for awareness:

All events held at any of the seafront locations are arranged with and agreed by BCP Council. This involves at least the Events Team and the Seafronts Team. 🧵

I have keys for the barriers that allow me to access the locations, these are provided by BCP Council. It is not possible to access the locations without these.

We are heading down, but I can't get access to our kit. I have enough of my own kit for around 20-25 people. If you have your own litter picker, please bring it with you and we will do what we can with what we have.
