Notes for the class: if you ever run across a similar situation (God forbid)take baby (you don’t need to clamp or cut the cord-EMS can do that later) and give chest compressions with two fingers LIGHTLY in the center of the chest…right between the nips, give light puffs of air right over nose and mouth! Like an exhale. You can’t do a big blow, it will blow out their lungs.
If you can then flip baby onto your forearm and have babies head facing down, pat babies back, gently.
Look at their color if they are getting enough oxygen, they won’t be blue in the lips or hands.

Press-puff-flip-pat. Do it until EMS or a trained person comes along. CALL 911 before you film! 🤬
