He says no I asked if your name was Kelz. I look down and say yes and proceeded to grab my second bag. He gets an attitude and tells me to remove my bag from his trunk. So I was initially confused and questioned why. He proceeds to repeat what he said.

Now, keep in mind he was driving a truck, so the trunk was already elevated, making it quite a task to lift the suitcases in. I grabbed the smaller bag of the two and placed it in the trunk. As I’m doing that I heard: “Do you need help” so I repeated what he said
