A lesson learned from @HS2ltd Ph.1 is that mobile phone coverage in site offices has been very poor. There are now @Ofcom approved systems which can resolve this, and should be rolled out in Phase 2. #LessonsLearned #HS2 #Infrastructure @ipagov @balfourbeatty @VCUK_Building
