My mother-in-law calling me Sarah. In her defense, she has two other daughters-in-law named Sarah, so sh3 had a 2 out of 3 chance of getting it right.

Here was have "Sara" on a wedding invitation. To be fair I know the groom and I believe it was the bride that did the invites. But also I filled out a form to give them my name and address so it was literally right there
