Ik weet niet zo goed of hij de boete gekregen heeft omdat hij überhaupt geen vergunning heeft of dat een kopie ontbrak in het voertuig.

Ze hebben hem hoogstwaarschijnlijk aangehouden voor de schade en heeft hij daarna zelf staan te vertellen dat hij koerier is, waarna dit.
