@stolicat1972 @sacklerpain You can reject the settlement. If 1/3 plus one vote against it the settlement will be rejected by the unsecured creditor class within the bankruptcy. However, the judge can overrule the rejection and accept it anyway, which is likely what will happen. Once we vote,
