On April 26, 1941, the Germans entered Athens. One might think of those images where the Greeks say, “The Nazis killed us, wiped us out, and exploited us,” but the video reveals a completely different reality one that even contradicts the Greeks’ claims. German soldiers are entering Athens to great jubilation and applause. Women are giving flowers to the German Nazi soldiers. In fact, the crowd is welcoming them with joy. Yes, the dictionary definition of “Greek” is “thief, liar, untrustworthy”; this is the term used for Greeks in many European languages. This video illustrates yet another Greek lie that perfectly matches that very definition found in dictionaries.

Are Anatolian Turks Ethnically Turkic?
Short answer: Yes
For a detailed answer to this question, when looking at the definition of the concept of ethnicity, most sources offer definitions like "a population group or subgroup made up of people who share a common descent or cultural background". In other words, ancestral (genetic continuity) and linguistic/cultural ties are the key components required to define an ethnicity. When examining this situation with respect to Anatolian Turks, the main ethnicity of the Republic of Türkiye, the existence of cultural and linguistic ties is clear, but inferences regarding "ancestry" are constantly exploited and interpreted through propaganda due to the phenotypes of Anatolian Turks and DNA discussions on social media. When examining the current scientific sources and academic data specifically regarding ancestry (in terms of DNA), it is concluded that Anatolian Turks, like all other modern Turkic peoples, are "a distinctive ethnic Turkic people". As understood from recent studies such as "Genetic Polymorphism of Y-Chromosome in Turkmen Population from Turkmenistan (2024)", it is important to consider that Turkic peoples (like all other peoples, as long as they maintain their ancestral heritage) may have diverse genetic structures among themselves, that contemporary Central Asian Turkic peoples don't provide a criterion for measuring the ethnic Turkicness of any Turkic people, and that all Turkic peoples here are distinct and distinct ethnic Turkic peoples.+++
