@maggiemoda All of my children own their own homes and they are not boomers they are 38 -52 yrs old. If the prices go down it’s not the boomers that will be underwater. Most boomers bought long ago and have plenty of equity and plan on dying in their homes.

Your physician can choose not to bill the additional visit for simply asking a question. But don’t expect to have your prescriptions renewed or tests ordered etc.
