But others see Twitter being destroyed (checkmark, trust & safety, misinformation, employees, API, lawsuits waiting to happen) and see Blue subscribers as funding its destruction. That's a valid ethical criticism.

This is the case on many sizeable Discord communities, not just the Watch Dogs Discord. You chose not to.
