@ghostweb3 I think it doesn’t gain but I’m not and haven’t bought into the narrative for a while. I think there are better tokens out there like ZBCN, NEAR, XLM. I see XRP as more of a 5-10x gain but that’s about it.

@Tablesalt13 Verify what you are preaching. Go to a home builder yourself and ask how these benefits can be passed onto the buyer. The buyer has to apply for the rebate through CRA

@ryangerritsen All it does is put more money into the builder’s pockets. HST was already priced into the home’s values. Now the builder just keeps it as profit.
