Young men,
Whenever you meet an old fool, remember that he was once a young fool. And whenever you meet a wise old man, you are meeting someone who confronted his foolishness years, perhaps decades, before.
So look into the mirror of Scripture. See where you are foolish and confront it today. The years pass more easily than you think. If you will not deal with your folly now, time will only harden it. But if you face it honestly and repent of it, the years can turn a foolish young man into a wise old one.

Happy Ascension Day! Jesus Christ is King—hallelujah!
Ephesians 1:20–22:
He raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church, which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all.
Those who know their God are sensitive to situations in which God’s truth and honor are being directly or tacitly jeopardized, and rather than let the matter go by default will force the issue on men’s attention and seek thereby to compel a change of heart about it—even at personal risk.
– J. I. Packer
The simple fact is, you are not the point of your life. You are not the star of your show. If you live for yourself, your own comfort, your own glory, your own fame, you will miss out on your very purpose. God created you to bring glory to him.
– Tim Challies
To an age which has unashamedly sold itself to the gods of greed, pride, sex and self-will, the church mumbles on about God’s kindness but says virtually nothing about his judgment.
– J. I. Packer
Disregard the study of God, and you sentence yourself to stumble and blunder through life blindfolded, as it were, with no sense of direction and no understanding of what surrounds you. This way you can waste your life and lose your soul.
– J. I. Packer
Another post that I saw on a Leftist's wall today:
"Zekveld openly promotes Alberta Reformer, Reformer Students, ARPA Canada, the Cántaro Institute, the Ezra Institute, and Liberty Dispatch as resources for Christians who want to grow in their public engagement.
Alberta Reformer has a banner that literally says, 'We cultivate thought.'
Reformer Students is tabling at U of C and U of A with Charlie Kirk style 'Change My Mind' activism and religious-political messaging.
ARPA and Alberta Reformer are open with what they are doing.”
Oh no! They actually stand for what they believe?? 🫢 The horror... 🤣
I do indeed openly promote these organizations 👍 I believe that Christianity is good for Canada.
