[HOPE @HillsboHOPE]

Today! March for Civil Citations! Taxpayers save $4,500 for each child who completes a Civil Citation program instead of being arrested.

[HOPE @HillsboHOPE]

Children who complete a Civil Citation program are twice as likely to stay out of trouble compared to children who are arrested.
