Quit making it about you, your brand, or your hot takes. If you actually care about this sport, support your local college programs the only way that counts, buy a ticket and sit your ass in a seat.

Here’s the worst part. A lot of the loudest “solution guys” in leadership and on staffs, always talking finances, media, and growth, are not even doing it at their own programs.

If your program can’t average more than 1,000 fans, you don’t have the blueprint.

Lead where you are first.

I’m often asked about the pegboard scene in VISION QUEST. That was all me. No stunt doubles or safety measures. I trained for a long time and had to climb it several times to get all the angles. The “trick” is not to over extend, so you’d be pulling up your entire body weight. You have to keep it compact. Arms and elbows tight. 💪🏽

It wasn’t saying he didn’t care about both, but in keeping the main thing the main thing and he had to choose between the two, he had a duty to one over the other and “one alone is really freaking tough, I have to fight distraction”

@Branch9497 @MPValenti07 @TheReattack I will never forget a convo I had with John Smith after picking him up for a club camp. It was related to job responsibility. We were talking Cowboy Wrestling Club, and the club scene generally as it evolves. He said “I get paid to win for OSU, not CWC.”
