Return my money @flyscoot, also pay the interest on the extra time you kept my money with you. 30 days should be 30 days not 60 days and yet counting.

Yes very poor ground staff, they have no power or authority. I am shocked that how is @flyscoot servicing in our country with such bad service. You can’t reach there CC number. Chats are like bots they can’t provide any solution.@MoCA_GoI plzz look into this.its SERIOUS

@flyscoot On 16 August We reached the airport and were facing issues to receive the boarding pass and a idiotic Scoot supervisor who is of no use asked us to call the help line which is even more horrible,we were asked to submit the feedback form and only after 10days i get this

@flyscoot The flight was rescheduled due to which it had to be canceled. I have not used or requested any paid service it was a mistake from your end fir which ticket was raised: 220812018557. After two months of raising multiple complaints, I am still being robbed here of my money.
