Was Looking for @Lenovo_in #ThinkPad E14 Gen2 AMD IPS Model. Found it on @amazonIN. Ordered & paid. When I got the product, wasn’t sure if I got the IPS screen I wanted. Checked the specs with the serial number online, it was a cheaper TN Model. NOT IPS. That wasn’t honest.

@Pepperfry Hi, the product was delivered on 15 Sep as per the app while customer care says 13th Sep. Also, things like fungus and top bending don’t happen in just 2 days. What kind of bed becomes unusable in less than a year.. that too it’s in our guest room so hardly we use it. Not happy

@Pepperfry Broken bed, fungus all over, people falling down in sleep due to bed collapsing and all u can do is fix it until it happens again. Chasing since 15th Sep 2020 dealing with highly insensitive customer care. No hopes of a proper resolution.

Well I had talked twice to ur dispute resolution team(Valencia). They blatantly said that even though nothing about this issue is mentioned in product instructions this issue cannot be covered in warranty! Just out of nowhere. Hopeless.
