@ipjunkie @DeAngelisCorey First of all, it isn’t an app on a phone. Second, it’s no different than writing a student a paper pass and requiring the student to return the pass and saving those passes all year-which I’ve seen teachers do for documentation.

@mmmcakenuggets @ipjunkie @DeAngelisCorey It doesn’t really have anything to do with a student’s phone. We use it at my school. It’s not draconian at all. We have a Chromebook that students sign out on. It helps us keep kids who are meeting up during class and doing things they shouldn’t apart. It keeps us safer.
