Incredible India
Girl students saying "All women are one. We want equality for everyone" are being branded regressive right wing extremists
Those saying "We need to cover up because evil eyes of men fall on us & our religion comes 1st, not education" are flag bearers of liberty

"They were forcing women to wear Burqas. Wearing a burqa is like walking inside a big fabric shuttlecock with only a grille to see through and on hot days it’s like an oven. At least I didn't have to wear one." - @Malala in 'I am Malala'.
False Equivalence: There is no dress code requirement for politicians. There is in school because nobody is meant to feel class/caste/religious differences.
And if collective guilt is a thing then make every Sikh apologise for the lynching, make every Muslim apologise for Bin laden, make every Christian apologise for their denomination etc. If not, then go f&^k yourselves.
Neither Tata nor Mahindra have the base platform or an engine powerful enough for such a heavy car. And it makes no sense to develop one (would take years & no business case). You obviously have no idea how the auto industry works..
A heavily armoured high performance car is a must for the leader of a nuclear armed state, esp one with a No First Use commitment. The leader has to be protected from conventional, nuclear, biological & chemical attacks & make a quick getaway. How were you ever a bureaucrat?

Do not support FIRs for abuse of free speech unless it undermines the sovereignty of the state. But @thevirdas should know there are two USAs: the one he titillated for lucre by denigrating his country;and the one where the incidence of gang rape far exceeds that in India#VirDas
Amidst the negatives we often hear about India, 10 positives in the last 10 years (THREAD):
1. Aadhar. A public good, not a private monopoly like AliPay or Venmo. Identification for every Indian, for financial & telecom inclusion. 1.3 billion Aadhar cards issued, 99% coverage
Here’s the air quality map of Delhi. Ghaziabad is up to 999 - parts of Delhi are worse than during Diwali. Just a question to journalists and the Supreme Court: planning on writing about this? Or still selective with facts?
Yesterday, Telangana CM said that he will cut the tongues of BJP leaders if they make "unnecessary comments" against ruling TRS
Imagine if Yogi Adityanath had said this.
But because KCR is secular, no outrage
This is liberal privilege
Yes, firecrackers cause some air pollution but on its own this would be negligible and only for a day or so. But with the continuous stubble burning and vehicular pollution, it becomes a major problem. So why don't we stop crop burning and fossil fuels than target fire crackers?
