1979: Morarji Desai set up the Mandal Commission. Vajpayee and Advani were ministers in his government.
1981: The RSS officially approved the Mandal Commission.
1989: The BJP’s manifesto included the Mandal Commission.
1992: The Supreme Court said that reservations in promotions were illegal.
2001: The BJP made multiple amendments to the Constitution to overturn Supreme Court rulings.
2014: The Sonia-led government expanded the SC/ST Act.
2015: Modi made the SC/ST Act draconian. It became “ModiAct.”
2018: The Supreme Court said the Act was draconian.
2018: Modi amended the Act to make it even more draconian.
2026: Modi introduced UGC rules to throw young Savarna minds from the General Category into hell.
It was the BJP—and it has always been the BJP—that harmed Savarna communities.
Congress feared losing General Category votes. But we Savarna fools are the BJP’s vote bank. The BJP never had to worry about losing our votes.
WE ARE THE FOOLS.

UGC Equity Regulations, 2026 (Anti-Discrimination Rules): Formally *published and notified* on January 13, 2026. However, implementation was halted after the Supreme Court stayed the regulations.
In a legal, administrative, or governmental context, a notification is an official formal announcement or public notice issued by a government body, ministry, authority, or regulatory agency (such as the UGC).
Key features of a notification include:
Official Publication: It is typically published in an official gazette or on government websites to inform the public, institutions, or stakeholders about new laws, rules, policies, appointments, or amendments.
Legal and Binding Effect: Once notified, the rules or orders usually take legal effect from a specified date, making compliance mandatory for the affected parties.
Transparency: It serves as the definitive, written record of a decision made by the executive branch or a statutory body, ensuring that citizens and organizations are officially put on notice regarding their rights and obligations.
I suggest all IIT and NIT professors to resign and goto foreign Universities. Many universities will open the doors for your intellect.
There is no sense in teaching Indian students when the swords of UGC fake rules and ModiAct fake cases are hanging over your head.

STUDY • EDUCATE • UNITE • FIGHT
A National Action Programme for the General Category
----------------------------------
For decades, the General Category remained silent and divided. We paid the taxes, built institutions, competed for shrinking opportunities and watched governments convert birth into entitlement and equality into a slogan.
That silence ends now.
1. STUDY — KNOW THE SYSTEM
Study every reservation rule, constitutional amendment, court judgment, government order, UGC regulation and provision of the draconian Modi Act.
Know who introduced them.
Know who supported them.
Know who betrayed your vote.
Understand how these policies affect admissions, employment, promotions, personal liberty and our children’s future.
Do not fight with rumours. Fight with facts and evidence.
Knowledge destroys propaganda.
2. EDUCATE — BREAK THE SILENCE
Write articles. Record videos. Create reels, podcasts, posters and memes. Translate them into every Indian language. Forward every verified message. Expose every discriminatory rule.
Every person must educate at least two new people every week—more than one hundred people a year. Every newly awakened person must continue the chain.
One lakh committed citizens can directly reach one crore people. When that crore continues the chain, the message will reach every home.
Reach communities receiving little or nothing from the present system. Show them who captures the benefits and who is merely used as a vote bank.
Do not remain a silent victim. Become a messenger.
3. UNITE — BECOME A POLITICAL FORCE
Create organisations in every college, profession, village, town and district. Bring them under one United General Category Action Committee with a common national programme, legal network, media network and electoral strategy.
Build student groups, lawyers’ teams, employees’ associations, parents’ forums, legal-defence funds and election teams.
When one person is targeted, thousands must stand behind that person. When a false case is filed, legal and public action must begin immediately.
Stop fighting separately as Brahmins, Rajputs, Reddys, Kammas, Kayasthas, Banias or other communities.
Separate, we are targets. United, we are a force no government can ignore.
4. FIGHT — ON EVERY FRONT
This fight requires continuous action.
Fight through facts.
Fight through courts.
Fight through media.
Fight through elections.
Fight through peaceful mass mobilisation.
Fight with the vote.
Conduct rallies, dharnas, marches, debates, signature campaigns and legal challenges. Record every programme and spread it across the country.
When false cases are filed, organise at police stations and courts. When discriminatory regulations are imposed, answer with relentless legal, political and public pressure.
Contest every election—from the village ward to Parliament. Initial defeats do not matter. Every candidate will build the organisation, expose political parties and consolidate our vote.
Do not wait for a saviour.
Everybody is a leader.
Every phone is a media house.
Every home is an organisation.
Every vote is a weapon.
No party owns our vote. Those who defend equal rights will receive our support. Those who betray us will be defeated.
Discipline is strength. Our weapons are organisation, law, public pressure and the ballot box.
Thirty per cent of organised voters can decide who governs India. Once political parties see this vote united, they will stop ignoring us.
That day will not arrive by itself.
We must create it.
No more silence.
No more surrender.
No more unconditional votes.
We will study.
We will educate.
We will unite.
We will fight.
We will win.
THIS IS OUR SECOND INDEPENDENCE STRUGGLE.
Fight until equality is restored.
Fight until we get justice.
DO NOT GIVE UP.

A backward caste professor has been accused of caste atrocity.
A case under draconian Modi ji act has been filed against him.
The act was created due to the missionary narrative of 'evil' Brahmans.
What a frickin' irony!
First, they demanded Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation because he allowed some students to cheat through paper leaks. Now, they’re demanding a professor’s arrest because he didn’t allow a “Dalit” student to cheat using Chatgpt. Damned if you do, damned if you don't 😭.
Till 2015, It was Rajiv Gandhi Act. You are right. In 2015, Modi made so draconian, even Supreme Court said it is too draconian and liable to be misused. Then Modi overturns the Supreme Court decision and made it more and more draconian.
Rajiv Gandhi had two sons. One Pappu and One Act. Modi adapted the Act as his own son. So, it became ModiAct.
No. That's not right. I forgot VP Singh genuinely. I was making the list separately for ModiAct and OBC reservations. When I mixed them, somehow VP Singh missed the list. But I made a separate tweet about it.
By The Way, Rahul Gandhi, Vajapayee, Advani, Modi all are upper caste. Modi became backward only after he became Prime Minister.

@SushantSin62475@iitbombay It is only stayed by Supreme Court. If the stay is gone, they will come into action.
To make my facts clear, Did BJP withdrew the UGC rules?
This is absolute lie. In 1989 BJP put this act on their manifesto. Fearing the BJP, Rajiv Gandhi brought this in the last minute, before the 1989 elections.
In 2014 again gearing BJP manifesto, Sonia Gandhi expander the act.
In 2015, when there was no pressure from any side,Modi made it draconian.
He had a great chance in 2018, in the form of Supreme Court. SC said it is draconian.
Why the fuck he made it MORE DRACONIAN, by overthrowing the supreme court order??
Let's assume he did under pressure. Who pressured https://t.co/9g9XDD46s8 2015?
Who pressured him in 2026 to bring the draconian UGC rules?
IITs will fall and deservedly so.
If a public institution simultaneously creates anti-GC elites, who hate GCs but leech off of the institutional capital and credential value created by a minority of UnReserved elites, it must go.
Scorched earth.
Better burn the standing crop, lest the enemy feeds on it.
Just look at the achivements of Dr. Doolla.
Bhimtas are demanding death penalty of this innocent man. They have no proofs or evidence but still they want to delete him.
They are so cruel and pathetic. We failed to protect this man from the draconian Modi Act.
@HinduJanatha@iitbombay Modi Government will bring New Rules for Exams in IITs/NITs and other Government Colleges.
General Category - Closed Book Exam.
OBCs/EWS Category - Open Book Exams.
SC/ST - Use ChatGPT in Exams.
Still General Category will score the Most
and SC/ST/OBC will blame the teachers.
@narendramodi@BJP4India
A tragic incident happened at IIT Bombay. Whatever the reason, the loss of a life is tragic.
But at the same time, turning it into a caste war is wrong.
A student, allegedly admitted under the reservation category, joins one of India’s most prestigious institutions—namely, IIT Bombay.
To admit him, the government reduces the standards. Yes, the qualifying marks are reduced. Books are provided, hostel accommodation is provided, and fees are waived. The student enters the college with prestige.
But the college has to maintain its standards and reputation. Its emblem carries enormous value. Now the student faces a problem.
Had the student joined a college appropriate to his marks, he might never have faced this problem. He is unable to cope with the studies.
So, as alleged, he tries to cheat using GPT. He uploads the question paper to an AI tool and attempts to obtain answers.
Now the question is:
Should the college take action? Or should it allow him to cheat because he belongs to a certain community?
If he is allowed to cheat, why should he even join IIT? Instead, send a pass certificate directly to his home. He would not even need to write the examination.
How can you blame a professor for this problem? Should the professor forget his duty to detect cheating? Even if the student is caught, should the professor let him go because of his caste?
If that is the case, why doesn’t the government make a rule stating that cheating is permitted for certain communities? It can make it part of the UGC rules or the Modi Act.
Should a well-respected professor, who has devoted his entire life to his subject, be forced to suffer because of this? Should he first check every student’s caste and then teach accordingly? Should the professor think about rocket technology or caste technology?
What the fuck is happening in this country?
You have already successfully crippled merit among students. Now you want to cripple the professors too?
If you so wish, establish an IIT exclusively for SC/ST students and allow only SC/ST professors to teach there. Then there will supposedly be no caste discrimination.
Modi Ji has fucked this country. Yes, I mean it. The BJP and the RSS together have fucked this country forever.

@datanerd26 Then why the fuck people are joining these IITs? If the professors are morons, the govt should fire them and hire the news ones from the -40 marks teams.
