@mobydee71@SamsungSupport@SamsungMobileUS I'm dealing with the same thing. Both the email confirmation and orders page says 14 days. Samsung live chat feeds me the same canned response about 35 days. Like, do they NOT want us to buy more products from them? It's completely asinine...
@SamsungMobileUS It clearly says on my orders page that I should have received my credit by now. It has been 16 days since delivery. Your online support is telling me 30 days. What's with the inconsistencies? Feels a lot like false advertising.
@FedEx You guys shouldn't have to target your response to those who complain publicly. You should be giving good service regardless. I will not message you from this account.
Hey, @SamsungMobileUS, You should consider using a better delivery company than @fedex. It's in your best interest to make sure your customers actually get the things they order.
