“A request to interview athletics director Andre’ Walker, aquatics director Stephen McDonald and Heights Principal Wendy Hampton were not granted by the HISD press office.”
HISD is all about TRANSPARENCY, right @max_moll??
You didn’t stand. You Ran. Ran away from kids who did nothing to you other than go to a school you don’t like. You are a coward along with @daniforhisd@Santos4HISD@HisdMyrna
After you've done all you can.... Just STAND!
Sometimes alone... Stand.
Amongst the Nay sayers... Stand.
For what is RIGHT... Stand.
Courage to do the right thing... STAND!🙏🏼✊️
This is just delicious. One of the most respected and revered principals in HISD has the nerve to criticize and push back on @HISDSupe’s budget and a few weeks later he’s under investigation and reassigned. This is a hatchet job and the community and trustees need to stop it!!
@houstonisdwatch Gee, I wonder if there are any HIGH level HISD employees who send their kids to these schools instead of sending them to their zoned schools??
@max_moll @houstonisdwatch i.e. the mouthpiece has no response. This is just another example of the hypocrisy of central office. It’s fine for House to threaten someone but if that person fights back - OH THE HUMANITY!!
@max_moll @houstonisdwatch @HISDSupe What’s the old saying? “Words will never . . . If you are going to be the superintendent of the school district in the 4th largest city in the country you better have thicker skin than that. He countered the words with challenging him to a fight and now it’s escalating
@max_moll @houstonisdwatch I don’t like the song, but @max_moll where was your righteous indignation when your boss @HISDSupe challenged Mr Monroe to step outside?
@HoustonISD@HISDSupe Why don’t you show the picture of all the empty seats that were reserved for central office officials who didn’t bother to walk across the parking lot to acknowledge these kids?
@jessidiaM @TeachersHouston @HISDSupe How about this: the principals who are really in touch with the kids and really care about them were there. Central office was nowhere to be found.
Just sent this picture from the ceremony for HISD’s Vals and Sals. The empty seats in front of the stage are reserved for all the central office officials who had no interest in being there. Know who was there? Almost ALL of the HISD principals. So @HISDSupe wants centralization?
