While Freddie O’Connell spent Memorial Day defending illegal immigration and playing politics, Congressman @RepOgles stood on the Capitol steps and did what our mayor refused to do. He defended the people of Nashville!

Ogles just confirmed that two federal committees—Homeland Security and Judiciary—are launching a full investigation into the mayor’s conduct. They’ll be looking into whether the mayor’s office used federal funds to aid and abet illegal immigration through the so-called “Belonging Fund.”

This isn’t political theater. It’s real. It’s serious. And it’s long overdue.
