@BobbyBizScout Before you brought in the AI engineer, had you tried just swapping to a better model yourself, or is that the kind of fix that actually needs someone who knows what they're doing?
@Abisco_tech Which of those tends to save small business owners the most time once they actually start using it - the proposals/quotations, or the customer-service responses?
Quick QC: freeze mid-pan. If the face softens or drifts only while the camera moves, cut motion strength or path length first — don't raise creativity. Identity should hold on a static hold; motion is the spend.
Motion is a budget.
Face-hero: static/smooth, face ≥25% frame, tame creativity.
Motion-hero: pan/dolly only when identity isn't the product.
Drift only during the camera move? Fix camera first.

@allen_lattimer Kling is the one I’d move higher for motion tests—short clips with a locked first frame are easier to iterate than one long generation. Have you found a repeatable prompt structure that keeps the subject consistent across cuts?
@AmaraNoxVisuals@iamahmedfaraz66 iniDV gives each shot a stable visual language. I’d keep grain consistent and tune only motion blur; did you build this look in Seedance or add it in finishing?
@erhanmeydan The second-scene drift is the real test. I’ve had better continuity by locking a reference frame and repeating the same camera/lens wording, then changing only the action between shots. Did Seedance 2.5 hold the actor better once you chained the 3D direction?
