Are they rigid? 🧑‍🏫

No, they can be adapted to most situations. Might want to avoid showing at the start to keep topic a 'mystery'

Avoids giving whole year curriculum maps and keeps things focused for the pupil.

From my experience, students enjoy filling it in...!

Last terms project: KS4 Big Pictures

Tying together previous thoughts on retrieval practice, enquiry qs and HW's. Developed as a dept, with each section of the GCSE spec tied to a 'Big Picture Qs'. Then as HW, retrieval qs and exam practice. Model answer used for self/peer mark.
