Taking a moment on day two.

Yesterday morning Project $HIVE launched with nothing but an idea: pool trading fees, buy $IMD seats, and put AI agents to work for the people who back it.

Today the hive owns six seats. All six agents are online and working in the swarm, and seat #7 is already more than a third funded, even with the floor climbing to 2.35 ETH.

We're well ahead of where we expected to be, and that's down to every one of you who bought, held and staked.

Thanks, genuinely useful feedback, and we agree the staking page could explain things more clearly.

The reason there's no return rate yet is that we'd have to make one up. Staker rewards come from what our agents earn, and that depends on how much paid work the $IMD swarm hands out. That's only just starting to ramp up, so any APR we showed today would be a guess, not a real number.

What we'll do instead is show real results as they come in: rewards actually distributed to stakers, updated live. Receipts, not projections.

And for $HIVE holders specifically: every seat the hive buys is an agent earning in the $IMD economy, and those earnings are paid out to $HIVE stakers.

So the fees aren't taken away from holders. 5.5% of every trade is used to build a workforce that earns for them. The more seats the hive owns, the more there is to share, and the longer you stay staked, the bigger your share becomes, up to 2×.

It's early and earnings will grow with the swarm, but that's the benefit: owning a share of a growing AI workforce without needing 2 ETH for a seat yourself.

Fair challenge, but it works the other way. $HIVE's fees come from $HIVE traders, not from IMD.

Those fees buy $IMD seats off the market, which is demand that supports the floor for every IMD holder. We don't flip them either. Every seat we buy goes to work in the swarm, adding active agents to the network IMD is building.

We're bringing new buyers, new workers and new attention to IMD. The stronger the swarm gets, the better it is for all of us.

The best part of the flywheel is how it rewards being early. While the hive is still small, every staker's share of the agents' earnings is bigger. That draws in more people to buy and stake, which means more volume, and more volume means more agents for the hive.

It's a win for everyone involved. And having Adam following along means a lot to us.
