Damage includes fallen trees and riverbanks washed away which PM states “poses major risk” to citizens’ safety.

Munro was suspended from the Green Party after comments he made over the murder of British Conservative MP Sir David Amess on Friday. His seat will now be taken by John West, who returns to parliament for the third time.
