We express our deep gratitude to the Hon’ble Delhi High Court for the order dated 11.08.2026 in W.P.(C) 8617/2026.

The Hon’ble Court has noted that Google/YouTube has restricted access to the offending video by Dhruv Rathee (“Can Hindus Eat BEEF? | Kerala Story 2 EXPOSED”) within India, in compliance with the Grievance Appellate Committee’s binding direction dated 15.07.2026.

Importantly, the Court has further directed that if any re-upload of the same video is found on YouTube by any other user, the petitioner may forward the URLs/links to Google. Upon receipt, Google shall examine the same in light of the GAC order and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

This ensures meaningful compliance and upholds the rule of law.

The land dedicated to Shri #Tulja_Bhavani Devi by #Chhatrapati_Shivaji_Maharaj , #Chhatrapati_Sambhaji_Maharaj , several #Hindu rulers, and countless devotees across India is a sacred religious legacy that deserves protection.

Raising this serious issue, the Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has served a legal notice to the Pune Divisional Commissioner, demanding immediate action to restore the temple's 1,668.14 hectares of land transferred illegally over the years. The Samiti has urged the authorities to exercise their statutory powers, conduct a comprehensive verification of all land records, restore the properties in the name of the Devasthan, and take physical possession without further delay.

The Samiti has also pointed out that despite previous inquiry reports, legal objections, and official records highlighting the issue, meaningful action has remained pending for years. It has warned that if prompt legal action is not initiated, a fresh Public Interest Litigation (PIL) will be filed before the High Court, making the concerned government authorities personally and officially accountable.

The properties of Shri Tulja Bhavani Temple are not merely assets they represent the faith, heritage, and centuries old offerings of millions of devotees. Protecting and restoring them is essential to preserving this sacred legacy. 🚩
