ऐसे IPS अधिकारी जिन्होंने ITBP में जवानों के साथ असिस्टेंट कमांडेंट और कमांडेंट रैंक में जमीनी स्तर पर नौकरी नहीं की ! जब उन्हें DIG ,IG , ADG , DG रेंक पर जबरदस्ती बैठाया जाता है तब इन अधिकारियों द्वारा ऐसे ही गैर जिम्मेदाराना बयान आते है और उस बहादुर फोर्स पर पुलिसिंग टाइप कमांड की जाती है

भविष्य के खतरों को देखते हुए समय रहते CAPF के उच्च पदों पर IPS की जगह उन्हीं फोर्सेज के अधिकारियों को बैठाया जाना चाहिए जो विकट स्थिति को संभालने के साथ-साथ लड़ना भी जानते हो

Have heard numerous farewell speeches; none could match the pessism in DG ITBP's speech. BTW, he, an IPS, was appointed DG in January this year and is retiring on 31 October.
I have always stood by conviction that CAPF must have cadre officers who rise through the ranks and not IPS parachutist who come and go as if on a break.
