Anna & Dasha were calling Ukrainians "Nazis" since back around 2018. Make no mistake: Nobody who is well educated & from the former USSR like they are would utter such propaganda unless they work for the Kremlin.

Since the USSR days, Russia's had good foreign operatives who infiltrated spaces with influence in order to steer policy towards their benefit & the destruction of Western power.

This has been accomplished today through both the podcast world (Joe Rogan, Tim Dillon, Lex Fridman, etc.) as well as the silver spooned world of Literary Salons, Film Festivals, & Silicon Valley — where there are more intimate opportunities to get powerful people on your side.

Such things of course, don't require teaching Putin's Geopolitics History 101 to a VC at Berlinale, since a job well done can be as simple as causally inserting some falsehood about Ukraine and then moving onto something else entirely.

That's the real "art" of soft power subversion. But thankfully, Orban's loss means one more avenue of subversion has been taken out, to the chagrin of Dasha Nekrasova, herself having been born in Minsk at the tail end of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic.
