Updates stop. Well shit, you know what that means. It's not coming even though your order page still says expected by 10pm. 10:30pm order page says was expected Thursday still out for delivery arriving by 10pm. I'm sorry, but this is maddening, frustrating, and just not ok.

@amazon is why I have trust issues. Order a product in a specific amount of time and it will be delivered by a specific date. Shouldn't be hard. It's actually extremely helpful when you desperately need something. It's also extremely frustrating when you expect

the shipping team and it will be arriving in a few hours! So believing it may actually still arrive, you trust the two associates and Amazon to come through for you. No. Then while your order is late it finally says it's out for delivery. 10 stops away, 9 stops away, 5 stops away

@CrumblCookies Got this week's lineup for a Valentine treat for me and the hubs. 3 of 6 were great (chocolate chip,M&M,chocolate strawberry). The other 3 were dry and horrible (chocolate caramel - no caramel piece on top, New York cheesecake, confetti). Definitely felt like I wasted my money☹️
