@miggisant Dinton Pastures country park near Wokingham has a big wooden playground that’s quite fun (and also a café). There’s also Coral Reef swimming pool, which has huge slides, in Bracknell.

Yet another change of social worker today, apparently. The way it seems to work is that we just get an email from the new one saying that the old one has left, which is absolutely marvellous for children who struggle with transitions. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Those of us who live on the front line know only too well how broken the system actually is. If only 25% of children who are referred to Camhs actually get an appointment what happens to the other 75%? We need systemic changes in health, social care and education.
