Disappointed with 1st @agoda experience! Booked a room (thought sold out) & ended up with double bookings. 4 calls, 20+ mins each, & no resolution. Hotel supportive but can't cancel without Agoda's help. #FixMyBooking
@agoda Kindly note that my issue is still not resolved and today is the second day of the reservation date and I have 2 rooms same category one is empty
