Our school’s 27th Annual Turkey Trot was a huge success! Students from grades 3-6 competed in a fun 2 km race, earning awesome prizes to male Thanksgiving dinner complete! Everyone left a winner.
The Gaelic class carve turnips. This practice dates back to the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, which was celebrated in Ireland and Scotland. People would carve root vegetables to create lanterns, known as ``jack-o'-lanterns,'' to ward off evil spirits. @SRCE_NS
