I'm a neurodivergent health researcher with a PhD and I can't emphasize this enough:
Not everything that supports your mental health has to look like “mental-health work.”
Here are 11 stupid-simple but way too underused mental health tools:
1. Read fiction (supports your mood, absorbs your attention, and lets you experience the world through someone else’s eyes).

Tired of people being all "You can put your mind to it if you stop convincing yourself you can't" when it comes to disabilities. Sometimes we just can't, and it's important to acknowledge what your limits are to avoid pushing yourself too far
When people on benefits judge others on benefits, it doesn’t just affect “them”, it affects everyone.
The same policies being pushed don’t pick sides.
This isn’t left vs right… it’s about protecting a system we might all need.
