I made a new #gamedev video!
I want to share my workflow for pixelart using my tool #Pixzels:
I created a #pixelart shotgun asset to export into an isometric top-down view, generating a 16-directional spritesheet for smooth rotation.
The entire process took me 1 hour from start to finish!
The video shows how I jump between the app and Photoshop to fix errors, add detail, align and... do a final manual cleanup on the final #spritesheet to add my human touch.
Creating these 16 views from scratch would usually take me entire days.
The app isn't perfect... yet, so I’m looking for your feedback to help me make it flawless!
Many thanks, Pixel_Salvaje.

This solo indie dev spent 10 years making an RPG game that looks 3D… but is actually 2D.
- Camera shifts from orthographic to perspective views
- Depth is simulated using parallax & warped sprites
- Hand-painted semi-open world
Would you play this? It’s called Bridgebourn.
AdAstraSaturn created a free 3D pixel art starter kit for Godot, along with tutorials to help get things up and running. 🛠️
