There's been a lot of talk about a new study claiming that ketogenic diets promote intestinal cancer. Here's what you need to know:

This was an animal study in mice genetically predisposed to developing cancer that were fed a diet containing starch, sucrose, food dyes, lard, and soybean oil.

That was the "ketogenic diet."

Oh, and the paper was explicit that the effect was not due to ketone metabolism.

🚨54% Type 2 Diabetes Remission at One Year 🚨

In a cohort of 64 employees enrolled in our medical program, more than half (54%) of participants with type 2 diabetes met criteria for remission after one year – defined as a1c<6.5 without diabetes medications.

An additional 12% reached A1c%<6.5% while taking metformin alone.

Participants also experienced meaningful reductions in body weight, fasting glucose, and insulin levels.

The drug savings along were $93,600.
