@charliersmith1 Don’t start too fast. Only fuel with what you’ve trained with. Ignore the clock and remember it’s fine to walk if you’re struggling. It’s a huge achievement just to get to the start line. Have fun.

@flyinga320 Lovely island but as you know, a tricky landing and take off to negotiate. Levada walks are lovely and the north west of the island at Porto Moniz is beautiful for swimming.

@halfironmum My son is in his first term as a qualified teacher at a high school. He bought a box of fidget toys from his own money so he could help children focus if they forgot theirs.
