@vueling delivered my bags to the wrong location in Aug then left them there. Their claims department keep fobbing me off with emails saying their “looking into the claim” 3 months later. Can anyone help with my legal rights here? Anyone else has bad experiences with #vueling ?

@vueling now says they have delivered our bags. They have not. Their Twitter have forwarded me to online customer series which is useless - its saying I have my bags and to upload a claim for expenses. I dont have my bag. WHY cannot not talk to someone who can help me?

@vueling It wont accept my booking code - its the one BA gave us as it was a reschedule booking after UK flight systems went down on the 28th Aug. Honestly, this is ridiculous - all you've done is direct me to your generic customer service?
