The Union has confirmed there was a response time of a transporting unit that exceeded 35 minutes to a Cardiac Arrest Saturday night. The day has come you may not receive the life saving interventions that you need, in the time that you need it.

Last night, an Orangeville (Dufferin County) ambulance responded to call that was holding in Dundas (Hamilton Paramedic Service). Yes that is an excess of 1 hour drive; crossing multiple other regions to service the call. Imagine that is your mother, spouse or best friend.
