The 153 evacuees were from Eritrea, Somalia, Sudan, & South Sudan, including 16 families & 15 children many of whom are separated from their parents. 👇

Yesterday UNHCR evacuated 153 refugees out of Libya to the transit camp in Niger. The group included nationals of Eritrea, Somalia, Sudan, and South Sudan, including 16 families and 15 children under the age of 18. I'm told about 50 evacuees were survivors the Tajoura bombing.

Any repatriation of refugees should be voluntary, safe and dignified. 

@RefugeesRwanda continue to assist voluntary and sustainable repatriation of Burundian refugees living in Rwanda. 

Yesterday, 511 refugees from Mahama refugee camp were facilitated to return to Burundi.
