Strange that I've just returned from that same glacier on the 2 year anniversary. I haven't put out a vid in a minute but I'm #heretostay. I'm itching to create, just had no time, but will when I'm eventually back home in Toronto.

Nifty’s, the NFT platform that brought you Matrix, Game of Thrones and Looney Toons NFT collections has just shut down.

In a letter posted on their official Twitter account, they note:

“Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the investment opportunities we were working on didn’t pan out, and we now find ourselves at the end of our runway. As a result, and with a heavy heart, we are winding down our operations as of today.”

@ToddFatherVeVe You're an important voice in the #VeveFam. Please also use that voice to educate on the dangers of TRT. Yes, its harder at 40 to get in shape vs 30, which was harder vs my 20's but for those solely wanting to get in shape, diet and exercise can produce remarkable results.

@ToddFatherVeVe With a due respect, I'm 40 years old and am fairly active. Bought my first set of weights at 16, been frequent at both MMA and regular gyms so I saw all the crazes from the creatine boom in the 2000's to now TRT which is growing at a very worrisome trend.

@Wenlopezn There will be a time for debt when the cycle flips and institutions want you so they offer favorable rates.

Thats the cycle: pay off debt as things go up, get a great rating so when the cycle flips you're getting those offers. Rinse & repeat.

Sadly most people do the opposite.

@Wenlopezn Many FOMO's in '21 & some using debt, I did the opposite.
1) Took profits to prepay my mortgage
2) Locked in a fixed rate when it was obvious rates were going up, entering a new cycle

Thats saved me tens of thousands while others are down. There is only one responsible answer.

@ecomiboy I make most bets the week of but I do have one locked in from weeks ago: Adam Scott 66-1. I like it but don't love it.  One of my models showed him trending in key areas, he's got good form at Hoylake (T8, T5) and if he played well we wouldn't see 66's. Irons are holding him back
