@0xDavecryps increases to labor, common area upkeep and utilities. quit being so naive. i’m not for price gouging by any means, but property taxes and much more keep going up, and are passed through. the landlord may actually be making less, but still needs to increase rent.

@amyklobuchar you’re right. let’s also shut down the Mall in DC with all of the excessive museums and the enormous cost of the HVAC bills the tax payers fund. Until we solve our other problems, there is no need to be wasteful in operating any of these facilities, their repairs and upkeep.
