As a shareholder, how do you want to be treated? Do you want to be treated the way $SOFI treats its shareholders, or the way $HOOD treats theirs?

I’ve held SoFi for two years, believing it was the future of banking. But the numbers tell a clear story.

SoFi’s shares grew 4.9% in 2023, 16.5% in 2024, and 13.65% in 2025. Robinhood grew just 1.39%, 1.72%, and 1.39% over those same three years.

That’s fourteen times more dilution at SoFi. That gap explains why the market gives Robinhood a premium multiple.

SoFi has real strengths, including a banking charter and loan book. But repeated dilution transfers value from existing holders to new capital.

Management’s incentives matter here.

For a long time there’s been a debate over which stock is the future. SoFi or Robinhood. I’ve been an excuse-maker for SoFi. But the facts show Robinhood is the clear winner here.

If I’m right, tomorrow’s earnings will prove it. If SoFi reports strong numbers and the stock runs up, I’m almost certain Anthony Noto will dilute and pull money from shareholders.

A lot of people are worried about Netflix not putting out great content. To me, they’ve always operated with a “throw everything at the wall and see what sticks” mindset. In the past, enough has stuck.

Agree or disagree, that’s not the point. This generation has been cornered, forced to play by rules they reject. They refuse to bow to foreign loyalties, they’re done being called inherently privileged or weak, and they’re sick of the nonstop lies.

When they say ‘America First,’ they actually mean it.
