@Pella_News We’ve wasted enough time with you guys. We filled out the surveys and gave all the feedback. It was a 0/5 on service. We had installers come without proper equipment to even complete the job. 5 months of mess. You responded on social media, so you checked the box

Word to the wise, don’t ever buy Pella @Pella_News windows. Worst customer experience with a service company in the last decade. Lost our order, didn’t schedule install, it’s over 2 months late and no one calls you back. The customer service is atrocious. #Windows
