We are delighted to have assisted Living by Robertson in securing planning permission for 53 homes on land next to ASDA at the Jewel, Edinburgh. The site was designated as open space however we were able to demonstrate that it would be better suited to meeting housing needs.

A great result having assisted @PersimmonHomes in winning an appeal for 62 homes on an unallocated site in Dundee. This decision makes it Holder Planning’s third successful appeal in as many weeks!

We are delighted to have assisted @LARHousingTrust in winning an appeal for 26 affordable homes in Prestonpans. The Council had refused the application due to the loss of employment land but the Reporter concluded that the shortfall in housing was a more important consideration.

We are delighted to have assisted Springfield Homes in winning an appeal for 42 homes in Gartcosh, North Lanarkshire. The Council originally refused the detailed application because of road noise and harmful visual impact but the Reporter fully supported Springfield’s arguments.
