Stick Your Tongue Out: The Silent Release

Dr. Elena Vasquez had seen thousands of patients at Mount Sinai, but Marcus was different.

A 42 year old software engineer, he arrived with shoulders permanently hunched, eyes shadowed by perpetual exhaustion, and cortisol levels deep in the clinical anxiety range.

Therapy and medication adjustments brought little change. His body was locked in a silent civil war.

One afternoon, after reviewing his latest scans, Elena made an unusual request.

“Stick out your tongue,” she said. “As far as you can. Hold it for forty seconds.”

Marcus blinked. “Is this a test?”

He complied, feeling ridiculous at first. The muscle strained, unfamiliar and awkward. His jaw trembled. His neck, usually rigid from years at a desk, began to burn with a deep, releasing ache. Forty seconds felt eternal.
“Do this twice a day,” Elena instructed. “Morning and evening. That’s all.”

Marcus left skeptical. But he tried it anyway.

The first few days brought nothing but mild soreness. Then, on day six, he noticed something strange during his morning routine: his shoulders dropped an inch without effort. The constant low hum of background tension, the one he had lived with so long he forgot it existed, had quieted.

By day twelve, his wife commented that he seemed lighter. Less reactive to traffic, to deadlines, to the thousand small irritations that once wound him tight. When he returned for bloodwork two weeks later, the numbers confirmed what he already felt: his cortisol had plummeted from dangerously high to the middle of the normal range. No medication changes. No new therapy. Just the daily tongue extension.

Elena was not surprised. She had studied the hidden architecture of chronic stress for years.

The neck carries an enormous burden, often 60 to 80 percent of the body’s accumulated tension. That tension does not stay polite. It compresses the vagus nerve, the body’s master regulator of calm.

Marcus became her quiet advocate. He taught the technique to his overworked colleagues, his stressed sister, even his skeptical father. Some felt nothing. Others, like him, experienced a profound unwinding.

Years later, when people asked Elena about her most elegant intervention, she would smile and say:

“The brain is rarely the villain. More often, it is simply what is wrapped around it, layer after layer of unnoticed armor. Sometimes the most powerful medicine is learning how to take it off.”

In conjunction with Microsoft, what Nvidia has actually announced today with its RTX Spark chip for laptops, is an AI SPYING MACHINE that has the capability to watch you, spy on you, record your screens and monitor your keystrokes and then decide whether to report you to authorities if you're doing something that Microsoft (or the government) decides it doesn't like, such as using crypto, or generating political commentary cartoons or creating "anti-vaccine" content, etc.

Microsoft has repeatedly proven that Windows is malware and spyware. Nvidia just gave Microsoft the ability to run machine intelligence spying right on your computer, so that it can constantly surveil and judge your activities, and report you, block you or ban you as Microsoft deems appropriate.

With the announcement of RTX Spark, Nvidia has joined the ranks of evil Big Tech and is now embedding its surveillance-capable AI chips directly into the laptop hardware so that you can't even unplug it. It's hard-wired into the laptop where it can see everything that you're doing.

The ultimately spy machine that stands in contradiction to human freedom. Sold to you as a "feature."

Notice that western countries like the UK and USA were trying to cause global crop FAILURES by pulling CO2 out of the atmosphere, which would have resulted in mass global famine. That's why they pushed climate cultism and the "global warming" lie.

China and India, on the other hand, have been releasing CO2 into the atmosphere which is improving crop yields and literally greening the planet. Rainforests, grasslands and crop yields are all stronger when CO2 is higher.

So what Big Tech did in the USA is they bought up all the computer hardware needed for AI, including HBM (High Bandwidth Memory), driving prices up 400+%.

Nvidia, meanwhile, doubled the pricing on its medium-range GPU, the GeForce 5090, which now retails at near $5000.

What this did is it made local AI hardware unaffordable for the vast majority of American consumers who might have been interested in running local AI. Now, instead, they have to "rent" AI through Big Tech and pay the rising monthly access fees to access overpriced AI models offered by the same tech giants that bought up all the hardware.

Fortunately, China came along and released DeepSeek, Xaomi, Qwen, etc., with per-token costs absolutely SLASHED to a fraction of U.S. tech company tokens. (Literally costs only about 1-2% to use DeepSeek, compared to using Anthropic Opus.)

And at the same time, China is beginning to catch up on microchip fabrication and High Bandwidth Memory manufacturing, which will result in their products driving down prices for consumers sometime in 2027 (on the hardware).

So U.S. Big Tech companies tried to create a near-monopoly to enslave the American people, and China actually broke those shackles and gave American access to affordable cloud-based AI right now, with more affordable local AI inference hardware coming soon.

Go figure.
